For applicable data-protection law, SalesPipeline Limited is generally the controller of personal data described in this policy.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and business information: name, email address, phone number, company, role, website, and information you provide in forms or messages;

  • Booking information: meeting type, selected date and time, time zone, answers to booking questions, and related Calendly data;

  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device, operating system, language, approximate location, page URLs, referrer, timestamps, and consent signals;

  • Usage data: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, session activity, traffic source, campaign information, and interaction with booking calls to action;

  • Advertising data: identifiers, page and interaction events, campaign information, and conversion data used to measure and optimize Google Ads and Meta advertising where permitted; and

  • Communications: the content and history of correspondence with us.

We do not intentionally collect special-category or sensitive personal data through the website. Please do not submit it unless we specifically request it and have a lawful basis to process it.

3. How We Collect Data

We collect data:

  • directly from you when you contact us, submit information, or book a meeting;

  • automatically through the website, cookies, tags, pixels, scripts, local storage, and similar technologies;

  • from service providers such as Framer, Google, Meta, Microsoft Clarity, and Calendly; and

  • from campaign parameters or referral information attached to links you use.

See our Cookie Policy for detailed information about cookies, consent categories, and provider technologies.

4. Why We Use Personal Data

We may use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries and provide requested information;

  • schedule, administer, and follow up on meetings;

  • evaluate whether our services may be relevant to you;

  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website;

  • measure traffic, engagement, and website performance;

  • analyze interaction patterns using heatmaps or session replay;

  • measure advertising conversions and campaign effectiveness;

  • maintain records, enforce our terms, and protect our rights; and

  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Legal Bases

Where the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of these legal bases:

  • Consent: for non-essential analytics or advertising technologies where consent is required;

  • Legitimate interests: to operate and improve the website, respond to business enquiries, prevent misuse, and understand service demand, balanced against your rights;

  • Contract or pre-contractual steps: to arrange a requested meeting or take steps toward providing services; and

  • Legal obligation: where processing is necessary to comply with law.

You may withdraw consent at any time through our cookie controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

6. Regional Consent and Tracking

For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default and non-essential tags require consent.

For visitors in other regions, analytics and advertising technologies may be enabled by default where permitted. Visitors can reject non-essential technologies through the Framer Cookie Banner, and stored rejection choices are respected on later visits.

Google Consent Mode may send limited, cookieless technical signals when storage is denied. These signals may support aggregated measurement or modelling without setting analytics or advertising cookies.

7. Website Providers and Recipients

We may share personal data with service providers that process it for us or provide their own services, including:

  • Framer — website hosting, delivery, and cookie-banner interface;

  • Google — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads measurement;

  • Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel advertising measurement, campaign optimization, conversion attribution, and audience features where permitted;

  • Microsoft — Microsoft Clarity interaction analytics, heatmaps, and session replay;

  • Calendly — meeting scheduling and booking administration; and

  • Cloudflare, where Calendly uses it for security and bot protection.

Google Tag Manager manages tags and consent signals; it does not itself set analytics cookies. Microsoft Clarity's automatic cookie setting is currently disabled, and Clarity is configured to follow our analytics-consent signal.

We may also disclose data to professional advisers, authorities, courts, buyers or investors in a corporate transaction, or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

We use the Meta Pixel to collect permitted website and campaign events—such as page views, interactions, and conversions—for advertising measurement, attribution, campaign optimization, and audience features. Meta may associate this information with identifiers such as the _fbp cookie and other data available to Meta. The Meta Pixel is treated as a marketing technology and is controlled through the applicable advertising-consent setting.

8. Calendly Booking Data

Our website uses Calendly in a modal or embedded iframe. Calendly may use its own OneTrust consent interface within the booking experience. That interface is separate from our Framer Cookie Banner.

We measure booking interactions completed through the website embed, subject to the applicable consent setting. Our website tracking does not intentionally cover bookings made from standalone Calendly links shared outside sales-pipeline.io. Calendly may still process those bookings under its service terms and privacy notice.

9. International Transfers

We are based in Hong Kong and use providers that may process data in Hong Kong, the United States, the European Economic Area, or other countries. These countries may have different data-protection laws.

Where required, we and our providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, contractual commitments, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your data.

10. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs. Retention depends on the data type and context.

Cookie and identifier lifetimes are described in our Cookie Policy. Analytics and advertising providers may retain data under their configured retention settings and their own policies. We periodically review information and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • access personal data we hold about you;

  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;

  • request deletion or restriction;

  • object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing;

  • withdraw consent;

  • receive certain data in a portable format; and

  • complain to a data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, email info@sales-pipeline.io. We may need to verify your identity. Rights can be subject to legal conditions and exemptions.

13. Children

Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the website.

14. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this policy.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
