What the work actually looks like
No mystery. This is a normal week at SalesPipeline.
Daily prospecting and outbound
You build lists, write outreach, and book meetings for our clients' pipelines. Real outbound, every day. This is the engine of the job and it never fully goes away, even as you get senior.
Sales calls and follow-up
Discovery calls, demos, negotiations, all run on behalf of clients on their real deals. You'll take notes, log everything in the CRM the same day, and own your follow-up without being reminded.
Weekly pipeline reviews
Every week you walk the team through your pipeline: what moved, what stalled, and what you're doing about it. Numbers on the table, no storytelling. This is where most of your coaching happens.
Client reporting and systems work
Clients pay us for clarity. You'll help maintain dashboards, document playbooks, and keep the revenue system tight, because at SalesPipeline the system is the product.

Activity targets are real
Daily outreach and call targets exist and are tracked. Miss them for a week with no good reason and we'll have a direct conversation about it.
CRM hygiene is non-negotiable
If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen. Every call logged, every deal staged correctly, every day. Clients see this data.
Show up prepared
Prospect researched, agenda ready, camera on. Winging a client call is the fastest way to lose our trust.
Own your outcomes
Bad leads, tough market, busy quarter: reasons exist, but they don't move pipeline. We expect you to bring solutions with your problems.

30 minutes with Kristine, our Communications and Talent Manager. An honest conversation both ways: we tell you the hard parts of the job before you commit to anything.
Live sales simulation
You'll run a short mock discovery call with one of our senior salespeople acting as the prospect. We're not looking for perfect. We're looking for how you think, listen, and recover.
Final call and offer
Meet the founder, align on targets and compensation, and get a written offer. Your first month has a clear ramp plan with defined numbers, so you'll always know where you stand.
