Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how SalesPipeline Limited (“SalesPipeline”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.sales-pipeline.io. It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
1. Who We Are
SalesPipeline is a trading name of SalesPipeline Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability.

2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We may also use pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies. These technologies can operate the website, remember choices, enable booking features, measure usage, and attribute advertising conversions.
3. How We Use Them
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
remember your consent preferences;
provide website security and core functionality;
enable Calendly meeting booking;
understand traffic, page use, clicks, scrolling, and other interactions;
measure website and campaign performance; and
attribute conversions from advertising campaigns.
4. Our Regional Consent Approach
Our consent settings differ by region:
EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland: analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. Non-essential tags are not activated unless you consent.
Other regions: analytics and advertising technologies may be enabled by default where permitted. You can reject non-essential technologies through the banner, and that choice is respected on later visits.
The Framer Cookie Banner is our website consent interface and the source of consent signals sent to Google Tag Manager. You can accept, reject, or manage categories through the banner. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
Google Consent Mode may send limited, cookieless technical signals when consent is denied. These signals do not use analytics or advertising cookies and may be used by Google for aggregated measurement or modelling.
5. Categories We Use
Strictly Necessary
Required to run the website, protect it, and remember your consent preferences. These technologies cannot normally be switched off through our banner.
Functional
Support optional features requested by you, including the embedded Calendly scheduling experience. Calendly and its infrastructure providers may use functional or security technologies when the booking widget is opened.
Analytics
Help us understand website traffic and interaction patterns. We use:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for traffic, engagement, and website performance measurement; and
Microsoft Clarity for interaction analytics, heatmaps, and session replay.
Microsoft Clarity's automatic cookie setting is currently disabled. Clarity is also configured to receive our consent signal and to stop collecting when analytics consent is rejected.
Marketing / Advertising
Help us measure advertising results, attribute conversions, optimize campaigns, and create or use advertising audiences where permitted. We use:
Google Ads conversion measurement and related advertising features; and
Meta Pixel for Meta advertising measurement, attribution, campaign optimization, and audience features.
Meta Pixel is treated as a marketing technology and is controlled through the applicable advertising-consent setting.
6. Current Cookie and Technology Inventory
Cookie / technology | Provider | Purpose | Category | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Consent preference storage | Framer | Remembers your cookie choices | Strictly Necessary | Varies |
Google Tag Manager | Manages tags and consent signals; does not itself set analytics cookies | Strictly Necessary / Functional | Session / varies | |
| Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes users and measures website usage when analytics storage is allowed | Analytics | Up to 2 years |
| Google Ads | Conversion measurement and advertising attribution when advertising storage is allowed | Marketing | Typically up to 90 days; some Google settings may retain data longer |
| Meta Platforms | Advertising measurement, conversion attribution, campaign optimization, and audience features when marketing consent permits | Marketing | Typically up to 90 days |
| Microsoft Clarity / Microsoft | Interaction analytics and session continuity where enabled and permitted | Analytics | Session to up to 1 year |
Calendly and infrastructure cookies, including | Calendly / Cloudflare | Booking-widget operation, session management, and bot protection | Functional / Strictly Necessary | Session to approximately 30 minutes, or as set by the provider |
Actual cookie names and lifetimes can change when providers update their services. Browser settings, region, consent choices, and provider configuration can also affect which technologies appear. Before publishing and after material tracking changes, compare this inventory with the live site and the providers’ current documentation.
7. Calendly and Its Consent Interface
Our website uses a Calendly modal or embedded iframe for meeting booking. Calendly may display or operate its own OneTrust consent controls inside the booking experience. That third-party control belongs to Calendly and is separate from the Framer Cookie Banner that controls our website tags.
We track booking interactions that occur through the website embed for analytics and conversion measurement, subject to the applicable consent setting. Bookings made through standalone Calendly links outside our website are not part of this website tracking setup.
8. Third-Party Providers
Our active providers include:
Framer — website hosting and consent interface;
Google — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads;
Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel advertising measurement and related features;
Microsoft — Microsoft Clarity;
Calendly — meeting scheduling; and
Cloudflare, where used by Calendly for security and bot protection.
These providers may process data in other countries and under their own privacy notices. See our Privacy Policy for more information about recipients, international transfers, and your rights.
9. Managing Your Choices
You can manage cookies by:
using the cookie banner and its preference controls;
changing your browser or device privacy settings;
deleting stored cookies; or
using provider opt-out tools, where available.
Rejecting or deleting functional cookies may affect features such as meeting booking. Your browser settings cannot always block non-cookie technologies, so use the website banner as well.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, providers, consent configuration, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with a new “Last updated” date.
